Third Age Learning at Kwantlen (TALK) has something for everyone
If you’re over 50 and keen to keep your brain active and meet new people, TALK is a great resource!
Third Age Learning at Kwantlen (TALK) is celebrating 25 years of providing people over 50 with creative and stimulating educational experiences and activities.
Affiliated with Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU), TALK provides both in-person and online non-credit courses on a wide variety of topics, plus Philosophers’ Corners (open to the public with no registration necessary), field trips and special lectures, all in KPU’s catchment areas of Richmond, Surrey and Langley.
TALK is run by volunteers with administrative support from KPU. Course presenters are also volunteers, drawn from current and retired KPU faculty and other community members.
Membership is only $10 per year and the cost of courses is kept very low. There are also volunteer opportunities on the TALK Board and Program and Marketing Committees.
